Real Estate Advantageā„¢ for Capital Markets
is a specialized CRM solution designed for real estate investment trusts (REITs), TIC 1031 Exchanges and investment product companies who specialize in structured real estate investments.

The following is an overview of some of the features included in the Real Estate Advantage™ solution, both as the native functionality of the base Microsoft® Dynamics CRM system, as well as the added commercial real estate functionality. The embedded CRM platform is a complete, fully functional version of Microsoft Dynamics CRM Professional or Small Business Edition, depending on your needs.

For companies who do not directly manage their properties, the property, tenant and leasing modules can optionally be disabled.
